“Convenient and easy”

We stayed here after out flight was cancelled. The hotel was clean and spacious. The shuttle to the airport and breakfast were so convenient. I did wish the breakfast went a little later. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Katelyn and Sofia at reception were especially helpful!

We stayed at this location for the first time as part of a Park, Stay, Fly package on the front end of our trip. From start to finish, the staff were wonderful and the accommodations were great. The shuttle to the airport was on time both for our departure and when we returned from our trip. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, with a huge menu of options. Highly recommend this location. Our thanks to Michelle and her team for an excellent stay with great service. :)

“Disappointed But Believe it or Not We Would Stay Again”

We did mobile check in but when we got there after 4pm the room still wasn’t ready. Never got a text saying it was ready. Loading/unloading can be tricky. We did mobile check in but when we got there after 4pm the room still wasn’t ready. Never got a text saying it was ready. Loading/unloading can be tricky. There really isn’t any place to park at the front of the hotel because the shuttle buses are coming and going. At this location, the front desk is reached via elevator so not a quick task. If you are arriving via the MBTA, it’s an easy process. But if arriving by car, my advice would be to park in the parking garage and then go check in. You really wouldn’t be hauling all of your stuff any further by doing it that way. The room was nice with an amazing ocean view. Sunrise was worth the splurge. There was not enough towels in the room upon arrival. And we actually ran out of toilet paper because there was so very little to start with. We ran out of Kleenex and ran out of body wash. Housekeeping did eventually take care of it but I feel it should have been ready for guests when we got there and throughout our stay. There is a coffee maker in the room but no cups. Had to go down and ask for cups. We enjoyed dinner at Fine Line (a short walk across the plaza) and had good drinks at Mission another night. You can definitely hear and feel the music coming from Mission so if that would bother you perhaps ask for a room away from the restaurant. It did go on quite a long time into the night. Despite our disappointments we would stay here again. The beach is lovely and you can’t beat the ease of the “T” which is a few steps away.
