“Clean, friendly & nice rooms”
We arrived when it was fairly busy & the check-in went quickly & she was extremely friendly with several people in line. We needed to extend our trip & they were very accommodating. “Fantastic new hotel with AMAZING staff & yummy breakfast.”
We have been waiting over a year for this Hilton brand to open in the heart of Frankenmuth. From the GREAT customer service from Harold & Tanya (she remembered our names the whole stay..impressive). “Comfortable Stay”
We stayed for a family trip and had two rooms. The check in was smooth and the staff members were friendly. We requested one of the rooms be close to the elevator and they followed through on this request. They were sold out our first night but we still did not have any issues with finding parking.… Mais

“I need a stronger reason to stay here”
My family decided to do a staycation at this hotel over Christmas and explore Frankenmuth. First of all, and this is not the hotel's fault, don't bother.
