I feel that Alma is continuously improving its service for vacation owners; this was my fourth visit, and I truly sensed the kindness and friendliness Alma extends to them. I received a voucher, a discount on dining, and was even able to check in earlier than the standard time. The Atlantic restaurant is fantastic, the food was delicious—even better than on previous visits. The staff were incredibly lovely; upon learning it was my two children's birthday, they took the initiative to organize a simple celebration, complete with a small cake and a group rendition of "Happy Birthday." Although these were small gestures, I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness.

The facilities are outstanding, including a well-equipped gym, karaoke, water parks, and, most impressively, 12 swimming pools that made one week feel far too short. Above all, the staff made our stay truly exceptional. They were attentive, professional, supportive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alma Resort and enjoyed every single moment. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming, and very well maintained. What made our stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention goes to the team at La Casa restaurant, where we had dinner and breakfast several times. They were incredibly kind and even remembered our preferred options, which made us feel very welcome and personally cared for. From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. This was the best resort experience we have ever had, and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!
