“A good and affordable place to stay in if you're just passing through Arad”
The room was clean and it had all the facilities we needed, including AC and a terrace. The bathroom was quite large, compared with other places in which we've stayed. The propriety also offered free parking and wi-fi.

“Very good for the price”
As the price is quite low I was expecting something much worse. I only stayed for 1 night and I had everything I needed there. The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. “Just for one night”
I would recommend it just for people who don't ask too much for just one night accommodation. I has no breakfast and no restaurant, I had to order pizza (24pizza) wich was actually not bad. “Transit stay”
We stayed at Villa for 1 night since we were in transit. Rooms were good size, it was very clean and everything in room was working. The only issue was distance to downtown, which was not close, so we had to use car. Overall good for transit stay.

This place is just good for transit stay, but not necessarily, if you have higher expectations. It is located about 3 km from the city centre, which is bad, if you plan to see. But you can get there very easily and quickly from the A1 motorway, without passing through the city centre, which is good… Mais
