“Excellent location for Essex University.”
I stayed with my grandson to visit the Essex University open day. Perfect location and the accommodation and food was spot on as always with Premier Inns. Hoping to stay again when I have to bring him back again.

“Lydia was brilliant!”
Very easy to find the hotel. Excellent check in with Lydia who was welcoming and friendly. She took a message and passed it on to our friends when they checked in too. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was just what we needed, except no air con but who knew there would be a heatwave? We were fine!

“Brill excellent hotel”
What an excellent experience, really nice helpful staff especially Shelly and one of her colleagues she even left her car in a parking bay as we needed a window spot . Nice clean place Thankyou SHELLY what a lovely lady thankyou

“Well worth a visit & stay.”
Location was great as we went from Portsmouth to Colchester by Train. Within walking Distance or a Bus ride. Hotel Staff were pleasant & friendly Room was light & nicely laid out. “Was glad only there 2 nights.”
Room was looking tired but bed was clean .plenty of dust on console where tea and coffee were. Coat hangers were dusty. Both Fridsy night in restraint chaos. 45 mins wait for meal. Breakfast was hectic.
