I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, most recently just two weeks ago, each time for a two-night stay—and overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience. The highlights are definitely the hotel’s beautiful architecture and thoughtful design, its unique location, the private beach, and the lush green grounds. Some of the trees have even been brought from North America, which adds a special charm. The staff are very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Sea-view rooms with private balconies are another strong point and truly enhance the stay. The hotel restaurant doesn’t offer a wide variety of dishes, but a few options—especially the local-style grilled chicken (Joojeh Torsh) and Caspian white fish—are excellent and well worth trying. Still, the limited menu could be improved. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but to be honest, I didn’t find it particularly exciting. The rooms are spacious, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms, although the room decor feels a bit dated. This hotel used to be part of the Hyatt chain before the 1979 revolution, which speaks to its once-glorious past. While it's no longer at that level of luxury, the fact that it’s still operating is something to be appreciated. In short, while it may not compete with today’s top luxury hotels, its elegant design, rich history, and kind staff give it a character that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s the kind of place that stays with you—and for me, it will definitely remain on the map for future visits.

I stayed at Parsian Khazar Hotel for 5 days and it was truly an amazing experience. The beautiful and pleasant environment of the hotel caught my attention right from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s excellent location provides easy access to the natural attractions of northern Iran. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the room to the sea was spectacular, and waking up to the soothing sound of the waves every morning was wonderful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always responding to my needs with a smile. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, offering great options for every taste. The hotel restaurant, with its delicious and varied dishes, was one of the highlights of my stay. The recreational and sports facilities were also very good, and I made good use of the gym. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and I highly recommend Parsian Khazar Hotel to everyone. I will definitely come back here again.

“Best place for relaxing”

Best part was the sea view definitly. Rooms are all clean and the estern part has beed renovated . Last year they had better cooking chef . Personels are are so kind and polite. Hotel has perfect and beautiful ground . And the breakfast is good.
