“Modern rooms but not service”

Stayed last year November. It was my 2nd time visit in Italy. Enjoyed the spa and breakfast. Only concern was the service from front office. There was barely a smile when they see an Asian skin. Apart from that, hotel room design was amazing.

if you are travelling to Rome by train, this is the perfect place. Literally across the road from the railway station and I mean across the road. Hotel is clean with many rooms, unlikely to miss a room and all the basic amenities you would expect from a business hotel. Dissappointed though - pool was closed and did not indicate this on their website so I carried a swimming costume only to find it was not open. Wanted to us the Gym, but apparently it opens at 6.30am which was too late for me. Otherwise, a truly lovely place in a very convenient location.

I read through many of the reviews here and am sad to say my review won't be much better. Maybe not worse though. We checked into our room. Which was not the suite with balcony I had reserved on Hotels.com. We returned to the front desk and requested the room we had reserved. We were given a balcony room but I was charged way more for it. The front desk staff was not friendly. The 2nd room was fine. Some general design functions and daily issues with the electrical outlet but overall clean and functional. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast was a decent European breakfast. Decent variety of eggs, bread, fruits, sides, etc. Good cappuccinos and espressos. We tried the bar one night but it was not very interesting and the drinks were expensive. We went out into the neighborhood to find drinks. The hotel is located very close to the train station. It's a bit seedy and dirty, the neighborhood, but didn't feel unsafe. It was a 10 minute walk to the station which made it easy to catch the metro or grab a taxi. Overall this wasn't the best Radisson that I have stayed in, but it certainly wasn't the worst. I think if the hotel made some real changes based on the feedback here they might actually be a decent hotel.

My cousins and I stayed here last September and we regretted our choice of hotel. It was right next to the mega train statiion and we quickly changed rooms as our balconies faced the noisy and smelly tracks. We found the metal techno design of the hotel to be uninviting and the room design stark. No clothes closet. Clothes hung on a viewable rack. The shower was basic with curtains separating the space from the bed. We liked the pool area on top of the roof and the dining area next to it. We did not find the food very good, however. We stayed at the sister hotel in Zurich and found the design more traditional which we preferred.

I was satisfy with the hotel location but when i went to my room i found a long hair in the bathtub, also it was not draining properly, asked for a room change but they did not have another twin room, another issue was the my room was facing the railway station so i could hear the trains even overnight, I couldn’t sleep the first night, the second night somehow I slept better. Sonia was very helpful in any case but the whole team needs to smile a bit more often. Overall my stay was good but it could have been much better.
