We stayed here for a hockey tournament, The service was absolutely phenomenal and the hotel is super tidy. They even have an electric charger for your car!

I was grateful to find this hotel available for a last-minute stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. Thank you for the assistance in charging the room to our company vs. me! Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel — decent variety and convenient — though unfortunately the milk was spoiled the morning I was there. Water pressure in the shower was also on the low side, which made it a bit less comfortable. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated being able to book on short notice. With a few small improvements, this could be a solid and reliable place for travelers.

After reading the reviews, I was not expecting much but I needed a pet friendly hotel with an airport shuttle so I booked H2 S. Ended up with not needing to bring the pups, but this may be my go-to hotel when they are with me. Shuttle, showed up within minutes after I arrived at the GRR pickup area. BONUS! There were many kid sports groups staying at the hotel and I thought it was going to be a loud, uncomfortable night. It was certainly loud in the pool area when I checked in. However, after about 9.30, all was quiet. Except for a bit of running up and down the stairs around 9.00 and a few young ladies forgetting to use their inside voices, inside feet, all was good. My room and bed were very comfortable. The room was nicely laid out, nice size, comfortable furniture, and a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, small but adequate. But, what's up with the barn doors that hotels are going for? They are not soundproof and do not offer as much privacy as one would want on a bathroom. Also, I am not a fan of the "spit-on" coffee makers but that seems to be standard now. I tend to bring refillable k-pods, coffee filters and ground coffee but when the room offers the spit-on coffee makers, I am out of luck brewing a decent cup of coffee. Since this is considered an extended stay hotel, you would think it would have a regular drip coffee maker in the room. Breakfast: Plenty of variety, but rather bland flavors. I tried the eggs, sausage, and oatmeal and all needed "something". I think I would have been happier with a bagel and cream cheese. The only real negative, I signed into my Hilton account asap the morning before and chose a room on the 4th floor, corner based, away from roads, hoping for a quiet room. I was reassigned to the 3rd floor at the opposite end. Over all, it was not an issue until the next morning when I could hear people moving about above. Luckily, I was already up and starting my day so even that was not a biggie. Last comment, nice hotel, I would choose it again if I am staying in the area.
