We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Middleburg, FL, in October for a long weekend wedding, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. I actually booked kind of late, but Cecil, the general manager, made it all come together. She found us two rooms and even worked out a suite for the one with the baby. She put us at the end of the hall so it would be quiet, which was really thoughtful. I met her again at breakfast during our stay, and she was just as sweet and friendly in person as she’d been on the phone. When we checked in, Morgan was working the front desk—super nice and helpful. Later that night, she brought us extra towels and pillows without us even having to wait long. Breakfast each morning was great—fresh, well-stocked, and different each day, which kept it from feeling repetitive. The staff there were always cheerful and welcoming. Housekeeping was also great—friendly and respectful whenever we crossed paths. When we were heading out, Julie at the front desk helped my sister and even gave her some bagels and drinks for the road. It’s those little touches that make a difference. Every single person we interacted with was kind and went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Just a couple of small suggestions—not complaints at all. The fridges don’t have freezers, which would be nice for families or longer stays. The lighting in the rooms could be brighter in the evenings—a ceiling light would really help. And while I know this is more of a Hilton policy, it’d be great if Hilton Honors gave credit for multiple rooms in the same stay, like Marriott Bonvoy does. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting Middleburg. Great staff, clean rooms, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
