Just returned home and I would like to thank all the staff for helping us to have a great week. Rooms were spacious, food and drink very good and the cleaning staff are constantly doing a great job. A special thanks to Tony at the resort for being very helpful and informative and for sorting out a cake for my wife’s birthday. Also the chef in the à la carte restaurant Blanca and Noble. I would not normally manage 5 courses but the food and drink were fantastic. One little niggle on our last night the hotel was starting to get full and it took around 10 minutes to get a table for 6 in the main restaurant and this was only really big enough for five so a little crowded - reasons being not yet warm enough to eat outside at 8pm and lots of guests who had finished their meals just sitting talking when the spacious lobby and bar areas were available maybe the staff could politely ask them to move on. While you are there visit the Marina and Nessebar which are both nearby and less commercialised than Sunny Beach

This hotel is family friendly. I visit the place since the opening of the hotel back in 2022. I have 7 or 8 visits until now, in different seasons. Every time the service is perfect or close to perfect. Every year there is something new for the visitors perfect stay. The food options are more than enough, lots of pools, even an adult only pool area. Very safe and secure place. One can visit the beach site of the hotel if the pools are not an option. The staff is friendly, well-mannered and ready to help at any level or time. For a family or couple holiday i can recommend it all the time.

Firstly, this is an ultra modern hotel, kept spotlessly clean and with every facility you would expect from a Western European 5 star hotel. Room is spacious and well appointed. Bed very comfortable. Food plentiful with a great selection that changed daily. The À la Carte restaurant is totally amazing. The Chef and his food is absolutely Michelin standard. A special mention also for Tony - NOTHING is out of scope for him or too much trouble to arrange. Thank you Tony for everything! If you are reasonably able bodied, the centre of Sunny Beach is a 45 to 50 min walk at a good pace. The Caveat..? There were three couples in our party and we obviously hoped to be seated together for dinner. At the weekend it gets very busy. People were coming in and sitting at tables without eating which meant six of us had to squeeze onto a four seat table which you don’t expect to have to do in a five star hotel restaurant. Ideally, restaurant staff could/should have managed this. All in all an excellent hotel. Great staff and an amazing chef in the à la carte restaurant.
