“Clean, comfortable room and great value.”
I only stayed one night but it was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and there were plenty of trams to the CBD just around the corner in St Kilda Rd. The room was very quiet despite being on busy Queens Road. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. I will stay here again… Mais

“Fabulous..”
Friendly check in /out staff. Big , comfortable and very clean room. Perfect location for catching trams to the city or close enough to walk into St Kilda. Loved the view over the lake. No complaints and will be back.

We spent three nights at this hotel in March 2020 and found it an enjoyable experience. A good location, just out of the city centre but only a tram ride or a $20 taxi ride to get there. Great position opposite Albert park lake, the hotel looks a bit rundown from the outside. Bar, restaurant inside looked inviting, staff were friendly.
