“Second Experience was as Great as the First”

Our second time at this hotel, was just as good as the first the year before last, they left us a lovely welcome back message in the room. The service is incredible, staff are so friendly. Food is amazing. We went for a private pool room again and it didn't disappoint, cleaned daily to a high standard. Everything was spotless. Kos Town is a lovely place to get the bus to for 2 Euro, just don't think that the times are set in stone it can be very hit and miss when they turn up. Its 12 Euro in a taxi. The food at the hotel is quite varied and there was always something there, the food is cooked constantly during meal times so you never go hungry. People complain about the drinks and how many you can take, we took 2 at a time back to the room sometimes 3 and nothing was said. Going back whenever needed. We only have soft drinks so cant comment on alcohol content as others have said. More than enough sun loungers etc round the pool but stayed in our own room most of the time. The staff are incredible it was the same 2 managers from our last stay that welcome you to the restaurant and they are always so friendly and will do anything to help. You barely put your fork down when you're done and someone is there to clear the table for you 10/10 I think a hidden gem of this hotel is the indoor pool and saunas, because the hotel operates at a good capacity and its not overcrowded they can be empty most of the time, clean changing rooms and onsite gym. The onsite shop is pricey, 5.60 euro for a classic magnum i had to take a few breaths, but we just walked 8 minutes down the road to the shop and bought what we needed there. The only "negatives" I would say in my opinion would be that beach bar across the road has some weird days it operates and is quite loud until 1-2am. Wednesday night and Sunday night when we stayed. The TV can be disappointing we were there for the semis and the final of the world cup and all the channels are German (20 odd) except BBC News. Which I knew about from last time but i was hoping for a few more English options rather than just one. The only other thing id say is that the shower door needs some sort of rubber seal at the bottom, like the first time when you're in there the water just runs under the door into the room, using the floor towel just gets it soaked through. My only other issue would be I booked a massage at the spa, the lady who did it had a cold and was constantly sniffing during it which affected the quality and calm. We will definitely be back again! A great place to go bi-yearly for a relaxing holiday.

“Highly recommended”

“Superbly clean and well run”
