Our 8th visit to The Offshore—and we continue to like it a lot, especially for its accessibility and the terrace, which is a real suntrap when the weather behaves! Parking – Limited on-site parking on a first come, first served basis, with one disabled space available. However, free, unrestricted parking is easy to find on nearby side streets—we parked close by without any issues. Check-in – Really smooth process thanks to the pre-arrival email and self-service system, which works very well. Room – The accessible rooms are excellent, with large wet rooms and plenty of well-placed grab handles. Food / Bar – Light lunches were very good. The prawn bruschetta, club sandwich, and fish bap were all superb. Breakfast – A big improvement since our previous visits. There were plenty of staff on duty, and everything was hot, well-cooked, and genuinely enjoyable—everyone in our group commented on how good it was. Service – The team really make this hotel special. Staff are friendly, take the time to chat, and even remember guests’ names, which adds a lovely personal touch. Mandy (the GM) clearly runs a great operation with a strong team. Special mention to Michael, who was brilliant throughout our stay. Overall – Another great stay, and we’re already booked to return in May!

Wow, where can I start! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by staff who were so supportive and helpful and had superb customer service skills. They told us about the hotel and where our room was making us feel at home in an instant. The room we had (family room) was lovely - an amazing, comfy king bed for the adults & a double bunk bed for the kids. It was lovely! Even though Storm Dave was hitting the room hard, we all slept amazingly and enjoyed every moment of it. Breakfast in the morning was nice and had plenty of continental options, the coffee was hot and the freshly baked pastries were honestly insane. The hotel is easily accessible via a ramp and 2 staircases which made it easier for us transporting suitcases from the car to the hotel - a lift is also available in the hotel! Even though the car park is small and we didn’t get a space @ the time of our stay, there is lots of parking nearby requiring the shortest of walks to the hotel (which is nice!) We will definitely return to the Offshore and would highly recommend it for people looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in St Anne’s!

We decided on a last-minute stay. With it being Easter, we thought we'd struggle getting a room with the dog. We rang the hotel and they were very helpful and accommodating. We didn't arrive until after 6, but we were soon sorted by Mandy on reception and we were put in a lovely dog share room....… Mais

We decided on a last-minute stay. With it being Easter, we thought we'd struggle getting a room with the dog. We rang the hotel and they were very helpful and accommodating. We didn't arrive until after 6, but we were soon sorted by Mandy on reception and we were put in a lovely dog share room.....although you wouldn't know it, just a bit further back in the hotel. The gentleman behind the bar was extremely polite, professional, and motivated, but we didn't get his name! Sorry! We had a lovely dinner served by very polite young staff. It really made for a lovely experience. The bedroom was spotless...the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were so good....we went online and bought two! Lol! Breakfast was very organized with lots of choice. All in all, a lovely experience. @theinncollection your staff are a credit to you. And we will return.....soon! Thank you Sandra & Tim

Just got home from a few days at the excellent Offshore Inn. Hard as we tried we could not find fault with any aspect of it. Excellent location, good food (both evening and breakfast where they have the balance just right in our opinion between the items in the self service area and those that are freshly cooked and delivered hot to your table) lovely clean rooms and very friendly helpful staff . We will definitely be staying again when in the area Just one very minor issue for the attention of certain residents and for staff- being dog owners ourselves it’s great that the hotel is dog friendly (though we left ours at home on this occasion) but please can certain residents not abuse this by having your dog off lead and running around the bar and restaurant area as well as jumping on and off the furniture (as was the case yesterday evening) and staff could you please ensure that residents are told that such things aren’t to be tolerated. Not everyone is comfortable with dogs sniffing around them and dogs should not be in and around food service areas
