“Relaxing hotel with wonderful Japanese food”

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. It's a little bit out of the way but the hotel will pick you up if you give them advance notice of your arrival. “Disappointing but Clean-ish”
A third party tour company booked us here and it was unbelievably disappointing. The worst place on our 2 week Japan trip. Carpets were all heavily stained, paint peeling, mildew stains on bathroom walls, and unkept outdoor space. Cheap, awful mattresses. Bath does not live up to an “onsen” and kin… Mais
