“I had an enjoyable, relaxing and fun experience.”
The room was nice, clean and in the perfect location across the street from Hot Springs Row, plenty of shopping and historical buildings to explore. It is also right next door to The Ohio restaurant and bar with live bands and great music.

“A Night at the Waters.”
The service from all staff was excellent. They were very helpful. On April 1st, 2026, we were juggling checkout, vehicle in valet and trying to make a NPS tour. Front desk member said, go get your luggage and I’ll take care of it. Go enjoy! It was great. Came back, I needed one of our bags to go to… Mais

“Great little boutique hotel”
Great place, great location. Was greeted by James Aydan who helped me with bags and valet parked the car. Extremely nice young man. I will try to update this review after I leave, but so far so good!

“Great hotel”
James Aydan was so helpful at the valet! Overall we had great service. Both front desk attendants we interacted with, hotel restaurant staff, and bartender on the roof were great!
