I highly recommend these apartments.

“Great stay”

We had a really good time here. The room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom is renovated and the kitchen well equipped. The hotel is really close to the beach and also a few restaurants and mini markets. Also the staff was really nice and helpful.

Arrived at 3am flight was delayed by hour and a half , when we arrived here no one was around so I telephoned the number on the website which was incorrect and I had a very angry Greek man screaming at me that it was the wrong number and I should get someone else to help me ! Arrived at 3am flight was delayed by hour and a half , when we arrived here no one was around so I telephoned the number on the website which was incorrect and I had a very angry Greek man screaming at me that it was the wrong number and I should get someone else to help me ! Waited another 45 minutes until an English man staying downstairs said try the adjourning takeaway restaurant who thankfully had the number of the manager. The manager came down and was rude and unfriendly telling me I had no reservation booked ! I showed her the booking form and hotel voucher which she explained that the agency had not informed her. I said can we sort this in the morning as we’re exhausted , hot and I didn’t appreciate her attitude. The manager showed us to our room and thankfully we could get to sleep. The manager also explained that this had happened before that the agency had not told her people were staying and I said you obviously should sort it out with them as not our fault. Now about the room , the overhead shower was broken and shot out and got my clothes soaking wet. On the other side of the bathroom. The bedroom door did not fit the frame and would not shut so had to keep shouting to my dad not to come in when I was getting changed in there . The kitchen had a table top electric hob ring but no other means to cook. They definitely need a microwave especially as it’s self catering. No blankets at all which I needed as the air conditioning was good but you needed that in the middle of the night as it was freezing. The patio door one side didn’t lock properly and little window in the front you couldn’t secure shut. Now the positives , it’s clean , the cleaners come in every 2 days with fresh towels and sheets. They provide washing up liquid and t towels to wash up but no plug at all. Also free bath towels . You also have free air conditioning, free Netflix and you tube on the tv. The room is big enough for 2-3 people. Little balcony to sit out on . The location is good right next door to a kebab shop near all the shops , bars , restaurants etc . The beach is 5 mins away which is good . You have to pay a small tax of £3.50 when you check in. Unfortunately there are no information given to you on check in or out times. We had a flight transfer at 10.30 pm and manager said we had to leave by 12 noon. To extend to 6pm was £50 euros ! I thought that was too much considering the place has lots of empty apartments. Lack of communication is the biggest problem at this hotel and manager was not very helpful if you had a problem. I would come back to kefalos as lovely location not too busy and met some nice people , however not back to these apartments.
