Its worth reading the long review, I promise. I booked this as a last minute break because I saw a cheap price on holiday pirates. After booking I panicked because I couldn't find many reviews and changed my hotel (only keeping 1 night at this hotel). What an amazing hotel! From the moment you step through the door you are looked after so well, by the most amazing staff. At check on we were filled out our information while sitting on a sofa with a drink in our hand. Once completed our bags were taken by staff who took us to our room, where they talked through everything we needed to know. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is so comfortable however the cheapest rooms are small and do lack storage. I also found there to be a bit to much light coming from the electronic control panels, mirror and window but this is a personal thing, I like to sleep in a really dark room. I also cant sleep with air-conditioning on as I am really sensitive to noise and I prefer to have the patio door open slightly but if you have a room above the pool, the water/filter sound is annoying more so than the air-conditioning, again this is just a personal thing and would not bother most people at all, in fact the aircon is a nice quiet one. The safe and air con are included in the price and the room has a mini fridge which was stocked with drinks. This is the small sister hotel to Cabana Blu/lifestyle so all main hotel amenities are at the other hotels including meals, sunbeds, large pool etc. Check out Cabana lifestyle hotel for everything that is available to you. There is a buggy that can transport you to the main hotel that they will call for you anytime you need it but honestly its such a short walk, its really not needed and we found that we spent long periods of time at the main hotel so we didn't really didn't need to go back and forth too much. At this hotel you have a reception area, 3 small seating areas (one a terrace), a small pool and its own small bar, its actually a really nice place to relax and come away from the other main hotel. The food is lovely, definitely the best all inclusive buffet type food I have experienced. Once you have chosen your table its not long before a member of staff will ask if you would like any drinks, they will then continue to do so throughout your meal. There are also 2 a al carte restaurants available to book and a beach restaurant. As for the drinks I have never known such an extensive all inclusive list and the cocktails are proper cocktails made fresh infront of you. There is one small bar here, 2 bars at the other site (reception and pool) and a beach bar. The one at this hotel often felt like our own private bar at times. At the other hotel and beach as well as going to the bar, staff would also come and take drink orders if you had a sunbed. Overall it just has such a luxurious feel to it but the thing that makes it amazing really is the staff, they are all so friendly and go above and beyond to give you the best experience. I really hope the same excellent staff will be there next year. Special thank you to Vivi was amazing! Anyway, after our 1 night stay we moved on to our next hotel which was awful 😭 So within 24 hours we were back at Cabana white and welcomed back with open arms. We would definitely return and we were even looking at dates online while we were still there. I am happy to answer any questions.
